WorldCache Size Uncap limit? #33

Maybe I'm just misunderstanding how this setting is supposed to work. It says it allows the WorldCache files to grow beyond 512mb. I had already been editing the *CacheSize fields in Default.ini to accomplish this, but even doing so there seemed to be a hard limit of ~2GB where the cache files would stop growing. The WorldCache Size Uncap setting says that it removes the limit entirely, but this doesn't appear to be the case as the cache files still stop growing at ~2GB. Are they supposed to be able to grow beyond 2GB with the setting enabled, or is that just the maximum size no matter what?
