Crash using CPU Thread Optimization

when I first enabled the CPU Thread Optimization patch in 1.4.0 (did not try it out in earlier versions), I got an unusual crash less than five minutes into a session. after disabling it, the same save was stable.

my CPU is 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11260H @ 2.60GHz (2.61 GHz). I'm curious if my CPU isn't good enough to get use out of it?

also using DXVK. here's the crash log (with the expanded crash log)

enabled Expanded Crash Logs and Oversized Thread Stack Fix when I first tried 1.4.0. otherwise using the same patches I used in previous versions: Optimized Lot Streaming Settings, Mimalloc Allocator, RefPack Decompressor Optimization, Smooth Patch Precise (540 tick rate limit), and Timer Optimization

Try running the sims 3 exe from the bin folder as admin

I already use TS3.exe every time, but I can try admin too. just seems odd that'd be an issue for one patch when I don't have issues with the others outside admin? still I'll try though, thanks!

I've since discovered that at the time of this crash, I was having some hardware issues. I've since turned this setting back on and haven't experienced any crashing, so I'll close the issue.
