Action proposal: select audio devices

Description

is it possible to add an action that selects the system audio devices? (maybe also query the currently selected).
the equivalent of manually doing this:

I’m also looking for something like this. The built-in Set Playback Destination Action doesn’t work on macOS, while AppleScript commands are only available for select apps (Music).

This is available in my paid Shortcutie app. I don't plan to add it here as it's requires a lot of effort to maintain and answer user queries, which is not a good match for a free app.
