MJPEG in resolutions above 1024x768 gives invalid images

Setting a camera to send MJPEG at a high resolution will result in the stream showing a lot of noise. Here is an example:

We have not seen this issue with resolutions up to 1024x768

We have limited the issue a bit. The maximum resolution of MJPEG over RPT is 2040 x 2040: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2435#section-3.1.5 frames above this is giving a distorted stream.

On a stream running close to maximum resolution we see one distorted frame at random within 1 minute. We are still investigating why this is happening.

I had to deal with a similar issue recently (see jimm98y/SharpRealTimeStreaming#19) and as it turned out, it's not just the maximal resolution of 2040 x 2040, but also chroma subsampling. The only supported types are 4:2:0 and 4:2:2. Paint.NET for instance produces 4:4:4 by default, which requires the user to change it before saving the image https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc2435#section-4.1.
