GitHub changed how they determine the order of the programming language colors in the bar, possibly using a least-to-most-popular graph query, from left to right.
Seeing as that I don't have direct access to the order of precedence given, or the graph that this is made from, I don't know exactly how this would be fixed up for modern-day GitHub usage.
