more badges and service checks

As more module developed, we need to keep/increase quality. Previously, I stopped the scrutinizer service as many times it was timeout ( increase timeout ? ), I'm thinking to re-start the service, and other service, like StyleCI for php-cs-fixer service and Sensiolabs inside. It will take more try and error of course, and probably push directly ( I should can re-add you : @mockiemockiz and @acelaya to scrutinizer access ) so we can configure as needed. Idea ?
