Example:

 cipr install:/Users/mthornton/Dropbox/Projects/cipr.ui
 Installing cipr.ui...
 Package cipr.class already exists

Instead of "Package cipr.class already exists", should read something like:

Installing dependancies:
  Package requirement for cipr.class already met
