Final section is incomplete. The most recent capstone version linked to a series of 5 posts on how to clean up code enforcement data, but didn't do much analysis or have any conclusions from the data.

The code enforcement data is very messy. Made a lot of progress but never hammered out efficient system to tidy data and extract relevant info.
