A letter asking for help on SAHMI issues #13

Description

@CongjiaMa

Dear Professor,

I am a graduate student in China. I want to reproduce the SAHMI algorithm of your team, but I have encountered some difficulties in this process. I hope to get your advice to help my team.

Firstly. When I run this code, q_df is a one-row two-column data box, and an error occurs when running the next line of code(Figure1,2,3). I understand that this step is to find the corresponding data of 99 quantiles, but the shared code does not seem to get such data.

Secondly. In the seventh step, when running taxa_counts.r(Figure4), there are no direct examples for taxa files. Also, due to the mistakes in the previous part, I could not get the data used by all the three test methods and collect them for processing. I hope I can get more detailed explanations.

I would appreciate it if you read this article and generously answered my questions.
