About the raw cell lines microbiome data ("cell.lines.txt" )

Dear Professor:
Thank you for developping this wonderful tools. I have questions about cell.lines.txt. When I tried to reproduce the data in this paper (cancer cell), I found that using the download link provided on GitHub, which contains the raw data for cell lines, I couldn't reproduce the corresponding density plot from the article during CLQT. Specifically, the background noise in the density plot for cell.lines was different from that in the original paper. In theory, if the previous steps were correct, the CLQT process should have produced the same density plot as shown in the article. I suspect there may be an error in the raw data provided in cell.lines.txt. The resulting image is shown below.
