One erro for the last step taxa_counts.r

Hello,
Thanks for the pretty tools so that we can analyze the ssc data for more directions.
Here erro infomations in : Rscript ./functions/taxa_counts.r on 75 lines:

s.mat = sparseMatrix(as.integer(s.bc$barcode), as.integer(s.bc$taxid), x=s.bc$umi)

I don't know how a barcode can be transform to integer without NA.

add s.bc$barcode = as.factor(s.bc$barcode) s.bc$taxid = as.factor(s.bc$taxid) before spareMatrix function
