This repository stores all jupyter notebooks and other relevant resources related to the Specialist Diploma in Software Development and Machine Learning offered by DigiPen (Singapore).

Technology in Finance Immersion Programme (TFIP)

The Technology in Finance Immersion Programme (TFIP) aims to help individuals gain experience in key technology areas, such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Full Stack Development, within the financial services sector.

Specialist Diploma in Machine Learning Software Development (Digipen Singapore)

DigiPen (Singapore) is the training provider for the artificial intelligence technology area and will equip TFIP trainees with the ability to build, test, deploy, and maintain AI tools and algorithms customized to the needs of the business units.

The course duration is 24 weeks and covers the following topics:

  • Python
    • Data Structures and Algorithms
    • Object-Oriented Programming
  • Databases (MariaDB and MongoDB) and its associated query language, for example, SQL.
  • Python Libraries for Data Science, for example, Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib and others
  • Mathematics for Machine Learning, for example, Linear Algebra, Probability theory and Statistics
  • Basic Machine Learning Algorithms, for example, K-Nearest Classifier, Linear Regression, Bayesian Network and others
  • Deep Learning Algorithms, for example, Deep Neural Network, Convolutional Neutral Network, Recurrent Neural Network and Reinforcement Learning
  • Tensorflow and PyTorch as Python frameworks for Deep Learning Applications
  • Data Engineering Systems for processing, streaming and management of data, for example, Apache-Spark, Kakfa and Hadoop
  • Tableau for Data Visualisation
