[Bug] Dependabot unable to create security update for Activity 2.3

Summary

In Activity 2.3, Dependabot is unable to create a security update for the "Prototype Pollution in minimist" alert.

Error message:

"Dependabot does not support your npm version
Dependabot detected the following npm requirement for your project: '6'.

Currently, the following npm versions are supported in Dependabot: v7., v8., v9., v10.."

How to reproduce

1. Go to 'skills-secure-repository-supply-chain/security/dependabot'
2. Click on 'Prototype Pollution in minimist'
3. Click on 'Create Dependabot security update'
4. See error
