What is the license for this extension? #4

Can't see any information on that.
Neither do I see what sort of code has been used initially for it. Some of the snippets there make me think some sort of other extension or a page was used as a template to begin with.
Seeing that there were no updates for years as well as none of the issues have been responded to, I'd like to publish my fork (I kinda ended up replacing some of the features altogether). Seeing there is no license I would assume it to be at least GPL or even MIT style "do whatever you want with it", but I'd like to double check.
