Derived CSS file committed to version history #201

There should be no need to commit the CSS as the gulp task should build it.

b032861 removed the derived file and ignored the css/ directory, but following commit 79ffc44 added it back in. @FirsRdJnr any details?

Jekyll should have a main source file e.g. css/styles.scss which compiles to css/styles.css, and will @include by default from sass/ directory: https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-sass-converter/tree/master/example

Anyone who uses gulp seems to do the same, as since GitHub Pages won't run the gulp task, the file isn't created by the build. 😢
