settings.gradle.kts under build-logic module.

Hope you are doing great.
I have one question. So you have used gradle convention plugins in that. I have noticed in that project there is one file which was settings.gradle.kts which was under build-logic module.
My question is where did that file comes from ? Is it automatically generated ? Or you have made it yourself ?
