request: sticky nicknames

Exact same as sticky roles, only way to remove it is with a command. I'm not sure what the command to unstick it would be. Maybe a resetnick command which functions to just remove normal nicknames, but will unstick sticky nicknames, basically hitting 2 birds with one stone.

E.g.
