Reconnect after disconnected

Seems like I've been disconnected from Slack but slash haven't reconnected me. Actually the official Slack also sometimes fail to reconnect me. I sometimes have to restart the app to successfully connect. Not sure whether slash attempts to reconnect and fails or reconnect isn't implemented.

Feature request: offline indication similar to how the official Slack client tells you when you're offline. If you're on a stable connection this might not be an issue, but I'm disconnected from Slack several times a day. Located in China and often switching VPN servers(to circumvent GFW).

@niklasberglund It looks like the problem is caused by expired "wssUrl" used by slash for the recoonnection. It should be requested again with start.rtm RPC method (https://api.slack.com/methods/rtm.start).
