Hiragana き/ぎ are swapped with せ/ぜ #139

In #132, the wrong set of characters were replaced. As a result, き is swapped with せ, and ぎ is swapped with ぜ in the current newest release (1.25.2).

I believe #136 already contains the proper solution.
