Web error visability

About once an hour the top of my web/mobile window says: "Happy: error"
Then once it connects after a few minutes, its fine.
But I cant tell what the error is. In web/mobile can we get some more info or even a way to dump debug data saying what the error is. 'happy doctor' did not help.
