Issues currently in voting

Would be handy to have a box on the front page that lists all issues that are currently in voting. Some issues (https://x.piratar.is/issue/63/) are listed in many topics and therefore it looks like there are a lot of issues 'in voting' on the front page but in actuality there might be only one.

This would look something like the 'New issues' box, but be exclusively for issues that have the status 'in voting'. Possibly with a notification if you've voted for that issue or not (preferably)
