HANS crashes when i try to load a custom ROMFS

I had done a tutorial on how to make a custom ROM for Pokemon X and Y. Im 99 percent sure i followed all the steps correctly and every time i load up HANS and switch on the ROMFS option it says its invalid and it freezes upon launch. a quick response would be much welcomed :)
