Resizing terminal window and opening/closing search UI changes appearance of buffer contents

Describe the bug

This might potentially be related to #68, but hard for me to tell. In any case, resizing the terminal window with ad open and opening/closing ad's search UI changes the appearance of buffer contents (without actually changing the contents). See GIF below.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ad Makefile
2. open and close search UI with / and esc
3. notice how the contents of some lines changed, e.g. in my case line 13. And similar to Scrolling changes visual appearance of buffer contents #68, it seems that only the tab prefixes changed
4. the same thing happens if I resize the window with ad running

Expected behavior

No changes to buffer contents appearance when resizing or opening/closing search UI
