Epic: AgentFlow SDLC Definition Product v1

Goal

Launch the production-ready AgentFlow SDLC Definition product as a harness-neutral, enterprise-ready, agentic-first SDLC system.

Scope

• Canonical SDLC definition and machine config/schema.
• Deterministic validators and shared SDLC state parser.
• SDLC skills: definition, migration, audit.
• Harness-neutral canonical skill source with generated adapters for Claude, AGY, Codex, and Pi.
• Migration/audit CLI surfaces.
• Cockpit alignment with SDLC model.
• Fresh sandbox install/sync/validate/audit testing.
• Cross-harness consultation evidence.

Non-goals

• Do not store canonical product source under .pi, .claude, .agy, or .codex.
• Docker packaging remains out of scope.
• Hosted enterprise compliance dashboard remains future work.

Acceptance criteria

• Canonical docs/sdlc-definition.md exists and is authoritative.
• sdlc.config.json default/seed and schemas/sdlc-config.schema.json exist.
• lib/sdlc-state.mjs provides shared parsing/projection helpers.
• Validator commands exist for config, issue, role-pass, PR, release, skill, and agent.
• Skills exist in harness-neutral source: sdlc-definition, sdlc-migration, sdlc-audit.
• Installer/sync can generate harness adapters without canonical files under harness dirs.
• npx skills compatibility is documented/tested for skill-only installs.
• Sandbox install/sync/doctor/validate/audit passes from clean repo.
• Cross-harness consult evidence from Claude, AGY, Codex, and Pi is captured and incorporated.
• Production release checklist passes.
