Send to all user from the app segment

Hi! This is a great and awesome simple package.. thank you!
I want to send notifications to all users from an app, using the app segmentation.. How can i do this?

I can not find instructions in the manual how to do it. It seems this can be done only through firebase console. If you find a description of how we can do it - show me the link and I'll add this feature to the package.
Right now you can sign all the necessary people on the any topic and send a message to him.

I did not found any way to do this too. I will work with topics, seems to be the best (unique) option through API.
