Video call does not use phone speaker after android update, uses handset speaker

Can't hear the other person on the call basically, uses the handset speaker instead of the bulk speaker.

Do you know exactly what you need? Unsure I can root the phone to pull stats, but I can use ADB. See also the bugs I opened about bluetooth issues when you get a chance.
