In general I like the undo pattern, but I think we already have confirmation modals in all places where the action is significant and not reversible. So the question then would be if it would be useful to in some, or all, places replacing our 2 step confirmation pattern with undo. I think this is a different question than what you have in mind, so let's resolve your #214 issue first and see what remains.
