SQL API

Have I missed something, or where is the specification for the SQL API at /api/v2/statements? Or is expected that we simply do a POST and then GET /api/v2/statements/{statementHandle} if necessary? Apart from bind variables and a few other considerations, I suppose usage is no more complicated than that. Even so, I had expected to find it in this specification.
