Add maven wrapper for easy setup without the need to install maven on the system

I don't use maven and I never need it for my work. So it would be great if I could use this tool without needing to install maven. Furthermore, it would be even better, if you could offer a built release to download without the need for people to create GitHub Tokens and manually build this application, just so they can use Snowflake with their S3.
