Run complete pipeline

Hi,
Was someone able to run the complete pipeline from a png image to tabular data?

We tried running test_pipe_type_cloud.py with the test.png image provided but the output is absolutely not scaled and data points are in pixel unit. Is it possible to get the scaled values using this repo?
