For marketing we would like to say our smart alerts take care of some nuances so the dev doesn't have to. An easy thing for Daniel to add to the marketing materials would be the "2:00AM alert" problem we have discussed. Since it is time specific to the device I figured it would be an SDK implementation, so I am placing it here.

So the requirement:
Queue/Silent alerts between 10PM and 8AM
