I haven't really moved on it. I just checked and now that link leads to a page at says 30MB for free redistogo is still $7/mon. It's been a slow drain on my account. I can't find a way to to transfer ownership but I can probably git a backup dump that I can load into a free redislabs instance and update the heroku config var for redis to point to that
