inspire harvester currently broken #95

a new version of inspire portal must have been deployed, because code which was previously working fine, now is not anymore

last successful run at november 28th

the request returns a error 400, without much details

suggestion is to wait for fixes on csw and then run csw harvest

alternative would be to harvest data.europe.eu, which also contains the contents of inspire portal
