to be discussed with community, in pycsw and ogcapi records there is a common understanding that q=xxx parameter should not be a full-text-search parameter, pycsw will likely adopt this view (although currently it supports q as FTS-ish).

this could give the opportunity to introduce a new mechanism which is based on FTS

FTS comes with a orderby relevance option, which is very usefull
