Expected Behavior

ColabFold installs dependencies on factory-reset runtime

Current Behavior

Error thrown when installing dependencies (attached)
AlphaFold2_batch_error.txt

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Reset Colab runtime, "Run All", error thrown.

Context

This has happened before on version 1.5.5 but it could be fixed by resetting the runtime. Now resetting the runtime does not fix it. My colleague is experiencing the same issue.

Your Environment

Windows 11, Chrome. Ubuntu 24.04, Firefox.
ColabFold v1.5.5
