Add URL Links to the source of the installation commands as comments in the code base

This one is open for debate, I think this will be helpful in the future if the installation commands change or are updated, it'll make it easier to go through and check our installation commands if the have docs references in the code. No idea if this is good practice, but feels more maintainable.
