Consider switching terminal UI frameworks

The current package (survey) being used by wbi is not getting updated very often and is difficult to customize fully. We should evaluate if there are any alternatives that would make for a better user experience with that ability to tweak/customize + new features. This would also be a good time to refactor/simplify the prompts (each prompt in wbi right now is separate and likely doesn't need to be (could be a few functions with certain string values passed as params).
