Feature Request: Add Support for RecoverNested with Multisig Accounts

Please add the ability to execute the RecoverNested instruction from a multisig account. Transferring authority to a regular account using SetAuthority does not solve the issue, as the account ceases to be an associated token account after the transfer.

I looked back through the history of adding the instruction, and we did want to keep it as limited as possible during that time.

With that said, I think you're right -- it would make sense to support SPL-Token multisigs too.

Since the associated token account program is immutable, we need to go through a governance process, including a SIMD, to perform the upgrade.

We are starting work on an efficient rewrite of the program, but it likely won't be adopted on mainnet for another 6 months. As part of the rewrite, we'll include this new functionality.
