macOS Feature request: Allow Mini Window to live in the empty space next to dock

Hi 👋  I am wondering if it is possible to make the mini window always visible & not covering other things, by making it possible to move down to the empty space next to dock? You can see an example above with macOS reminder. You can also see similar results with Spotify mini player.
