Slowness

Not sure what is going on but just recently, maybe it was the most recent update to 95.1 where I use locate symbol it is incredibly slow. sometimes does not show a dialog and it has been a little trashy. not sure if it is something in my setup/files, but it's just feeling very unstable. Have tried only having it as the enabled plugin and similar results.
