Force settings within a file/library

Depending on the type of file/library being used it might be optimal to order theses items differently to other files or library's within a project or across projects. It would be good to be able to bake these setting into the sketch file so that even if another designer has different global settings for their plugin it will not wreck the layout of the file with the differing layout.
