Test Gap Description

For the PR sonic-net/sonic-utilities#3322.
For Verification of SAI_SWITCH_STAT_PACKET_INTEGRITY_DROP the simulation of Packet integrity (CRC, RQP errors) is not possible.
CSP CS00012371487. The CSP focuses on SAI APIs to induce the error. The Feature will be added in 14.x
