While following README, faced some issues which should be updated.

  1. Keyserver "apt-mo.trafficmanager.net" is not accessible to pull keys. Instead of that "hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80" worked fine.
  2. Package "libhiredis0.13" is updated with "libhiredis0.14".
  3. "libswsscommon", "libswsscommon-dev" and "libhiredis-dev" are not available.
  4. Link "https://sonic-jenkins.westus2.cloudapp.azure.com/job/vs/job/buildimage-vs-all/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/debs/buster/" is not accessible.

Kindly update the README.

@kcudnik we can raise PR but we have not completed deployment successfully.
We don't have correct link to download packages for 3rd and 4th point in description.

please update what you can, for link 4 i thin azure pipeline is used, same for libswsscommon or github
