Chore/migrate license to mit from apache (#56)
* fix(frontend): fix frontend docker, device management wizard, and backend dependencies * chores: delete copyright unnecessary * feat: Add SUMO simulation configurations for multiple intersections and initial frontend components with Docker setup. * fix(docs): fix error url in README file * feat(docs): add instruction to copy the env in backend for sumo simulation * fix(frontend): fix the error interface * feat(frontend): add frontend components for AI traffic control and internationalization. * feat: Add SUMO simulation files for Nga4ThuDuc and new frontend dashboard and map pages. Change module libraries with MIT License
