Delay between expected datetime and actual instant of the execution

Hello there

I am running a proof of concept with your library and so far I am just running some integration tests locally, but I am noticing that if I schedule the task/job to for example be executed at 2022-07-08T23:53:23.592196150Z (using enqueueAt) it ends up being executed at 2022-07-08T23:53:26.347394914Z which is around 2.7seconds after the expected datetime. Is there a way to make this difference less? do you think it is related to the computer I am running it on?

If you have any advice for this I would appreciate it, thanks

seems like the config value rqueue.scheduler.scheduled.message.time.interval helps with this, is this the right config value to modify for this issue?

Yes, that's the correct config but it will incur more Redis calls.

if I want the taks/jobs to be execute as close as the scheduled time as possible without affecting performance to much what would be your recommendation for that?

Maybe poll every 500 milliseconds.
