max_output_tokens not passed to prompt

I had a look at https://smith.langchain.com/hub/souzatharsis/podcastfy_multimodal_cleanmarkup and noticed that `max_output_tokens` isnot in `{}` and therefor not a variable.
I tried playing with the value but it seemt to have no effect.

Seems the value is ignored
