I have just encounter a status 0 when the server is not reachable.
Here is link discussing http status 0. It seems that status 0 should be considered as an error. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3825581/does-an-http-status-code-of-0-have-any-meaning
QuoJS considers http status 0 as an OK return code and calls the success callback. Is there any specific reason to do that in QuoJS?
