I've tried to run bunny video from here: http://www.webmfiles.org/demo-files/
And I got sound cracking noise.

I'm having this same issue. The audio is choppy and it seems to be slowed down by 10% or so (the audio pitch is definitely lower). Is there a certain combination of encoding settings that we're supposed to use?
