Issue JDAT-4761 was created on JIRA by Pey-Lian Lim:

https://peps.python.org/pep-0719/

Projected stable release date is 2024-10-01. Would require upstream to be compatible as well. astropy already is compatible but I am doubtful about the solara and glue stacks at the time of writing.

Add py313 to CI matrix.

Fix any compatibility problem.

If needed, make a new release with compatibility fixes.
