Summary

taxi-front 컨테이너에서 정적 파일 서빙과 함께 백엔드로의 리버스 프록시도 담당하도록 설정합니다.
Dockerfile 수정이 필요해 #679 와 같이 작업할 예정입니다.

저번에 상님이랑 이야기 할 때, 리버스 프록시는 택시 인프라에서 담당하기로 하지 않았나요~~??

택시 프론트의 Dockerfile의 역할이 커질까가 걱정입니다
